Terms of Service
Installing, accessing, or using Pitogram means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or related services.
Use of the service
Pitogram is provided to help you work with Google Sheets through an AI assistant, linked Google account flows, and backend services. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate laws, regulations, or platform policies;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- abuse APIs, rate limits, or service controls;
- interfere with service stability or security;
- infringe the rights of third parties.
Accounts and linked Google accounts
- You are responsible for credentials, linked accounts, and device access.
- You must only connect Google accounts and spreadsheets that you are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for unlinking accounts that you no longer want the service to access.
Content and output responsibility
- You remain responsible for spreadsheet data, prompts, and instructions you submit through the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses, suggested sheet changes, and automated actions before relying on them.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and business controls for important data.
Third-party services
Features depend on third-party systems, including Google services, hosting infrastructure, and AI model providers. Their availability, behavior, pricing, and policy changes are outside the operator's control.
Changes, suspension, and termination
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. The operator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including to protect users, systems, or legal compliance obligations.
No warranty
The extension and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
